With a total of more than 60 lectures, posters, workshops, tutorials and more, the researchers of Munich Quantum Valley showed an exceptionally high presence at this year's IEEE International Conference on Quantum Computing and Engineering, also known as IEEE Quantum Week. From applications and software to the corresponding hardware, the contributions covered the entire spectrum of quantum computing research. The variety of activities was extremely well received by the participants of the IEEE Quantum Week and invited exciting discussions.
The MQV booth in the exhibition area of the conference was a central point of contact for all questions about the project and especially the Munich Quantum Software Stack. Numerous visitors informed themselves about research and career opportunities within MQV and the broader Bavarian quantum ecosystem as well as about the details of the development of a software stack for quantum computing.
Every day at 12:30 pm, the MQV booth also hosted short gatherings that gave visitors the opportunity to meet MQV scientists and get a brief introduction to their respective fields of expertise.
