Last week, the Bavarian Minister of State for Science and the Arts Markus Blume visited representatives of Munich Quantum Valley at the Max Planck Institute of Quantum Optics in Garching to find out about the current status of the MQV projects, which are largely funded by the High-Tech Agenda Bavaria. In addition to a tour of laboratories and an update on scientific progress, the programme also included discussions on technology transfer and research strategies as well as a meeting with the first MQV start-up PlanQC.
